What to do if you receive a faulty item. Faulty item we mean the following
1. Missing care label
2. Missing back neck label.
3. Missing a button or spare button.
4. However, if garment does not fit is not classify as faulty but unsuitable. The colour of the item illustrated on our website might differ slightly – this is not classified as faulty but unsuitable.

Our relationship with you Online only – orders can be place on our website it very quick and simple just select an item, select colour and follow instruction until you proceed to basket and payment transaction.

You will need to create an account to be able to track an order. Go to ‘My account’ enter your details. Go to My Orders and click on ‘Track my orders’.

Once the order is placed it cannot be retracted; You will need to receive the order then send it back – follow the return section.

UK delivery – We used the Post Office for our standard delivery price is £4.00 – for weight 350gms to 700gms most of the time goods will be delivered within 2- 4 working days Monday to Saturday
(excluding Bank holidays) –

There is an additional charge of 2.00 for this service on top of the £4.00 service – You will pay total of £6.00– This service applies Monday to Friday – if you order on Friday your order will arrive on Monday.

We have a 14 days policy return. This allows you to return your order within the first 14 days if you are unhappy with it. Unfortunately this will apply for UK customers only ; we do not accept return from customers residing outside the UK.
Important Note: We will replace or refund most items provided they have not been worn or have not been used, retained all original tags, are in the original packaging with the correct paperwork and original instructions. Upon receipt if we found any stains or notice that the items have been worn we will contact you to let you know of the reason why we will issue 25% reduction refund. To ensure you get full refund please ensure that item has not been worn or abused.

Return your parcel via your local Post Office is quite easy. You can also track your return parcel using the Royal Mail Website.

1.Complete our form on your despatch note adding your reason for return and enclose the form in the original packaging.
2. Print off on of our Royal Mail return labels and write your name address in the relevant space – if you do not use our label, the post office may charge you for your return.
3. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent any damages and is in its original packaging.
4. Ensure your account number and name and address are detailed in the parcel so that we know your details.
5. Ensure to ask for receipt for proof that you parcel has been sent.

On our website click on ‘My Account’ – log onto your account – click on ‘ book and track’ returns to check and view summary of the status of any of your returned items.
If any reasons you have returned items over 14 days ago that have not been credited, please see our help section and refer to why my return has not been refunded.

We endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, normally within 7 – 10 days of collection.

You can pay by debit card or credit cards. Go you ‘My Account’ and follow the instructrion to make safe , secure and fast payments online. You can also pay by Paypal.

We always aim to deliver the highest quality of product. We have quality check control before any items are delivered to our customers. Any items you receive should be in new condition. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately – refer to help section. Please let us know first instance by email or by calling us and explain to us why do you think the item is faulty before sending it back to us. Usually you will need to send it back to us by post in its original packaging and paperwork. We will replace it within 14 days of receipt. Before contacting you we will check if the item has been worn or abused. If we notice the item has been worn we will not be able to replace it No refund will be submitted to you and the item will be returned to you.

Sales item may be return at the discounted price you have paid – However we will accept it within 14 days of receipt of purchase. The return items need to be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please follow same procedure on return section
We ensure that the items on our website are correct. However, we will not be held liable of any errors or inaccuracies which may occur despite our care and attention due to human error. You should bear in mind that buying clothing or items over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you need to acknowledge the following :
1. Colours which are shown for the items on the website will vary slightly
2. All sizes and measurements are approximate.
3. Items are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know to discuss if you wish to be refunded or if you wish to select another item as alternative.

Delivery is usually subject to availability. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control. Prices may vary due to season. Every season price is checked and altered to consider rate of value added tax.

All our pricing already includes 20% VAT.

We process your data in accordance with relevant data protection and privacy laws because processing is necessary to fulfil our contract you with you. We will ensure that all data you have given us remain confidential. However, you are responsible for ensuring that you login details password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all time.
